So Atlanta is kind of a hassle to try new neighborhoods because of our traffic and lack of parking but Chamblee has a darling main street that has been revitalized from its former days (one might say glory days) of antique stores. I was a huge patron of all the antique stores but I do think they they’ve done a lovely job of creating a small-town, almost New-England-feeling of shops and places to eat. If you’re from Atlanta I would say it reminds me of Virginia Highland in the late 90s/early aughts. Kin Coffee is excellent, the interior is lovely, and the baristas are so nice and don’t act too-cool-for-school if ya know what I mean. When I think about going to a coffee shop, this one is where I want to go even though it’s kind of a haul to get to from my house. Shoutout to my friend Sam for bringing me back to Chamblee and showing me all the cool places :)
