Holy moly this moved me to tears! In a time when customer service feels at an all-time low, this letter was so sweet. Maybe it’s AI but on the rare occasion that I receive more than the bare minimum of politesse, I feel so… cared for? IDK, but more of this please and clearly I will continue shopping with Officine Universelle Buly because their quality is elite from packaging, to gift wrap, to their customer service 🥹🥹🥹
