I don’t need a piece of jewelry to tell me I’m Not getting enough sleep/steps/ blah blah blah. Happily sub-optimal

I’ve never worn an Oura Ring because, frankly, I don’t find them that cute. But more than that, I never wanted to find myself in competition with my husband over who slept less. Schafer offers far more compelling reasons to rethink one’s attachment to Oura Rings, and what it means to truly live an optimized life.
